TCP lives on! (teencerebralpalsy) :)

Teen Cerebral Palsy

Hello out there!

Wow! Today has been a great day :)

I woke up nice and early and headed down to my parents pushfiness bootcamp put on by their local gym the Training Spot (www.tspot.org) for some serious butt-kicking cardio :p I am so glad I can keep up with everyone else, it s such an empowering feeling! After and intense workout, I went to weight lift at the gym and boy was I tired after that! I can’t wait to see what is in store for me once I do the serial casting or tendon surgery, I strive to get stronger! Do any of you see the benefits of working out?

Later on in the day I discovered that…

I will be meeting with a few people to talk about my blog in hopes that I can move forward to continue to share my life with CP! I will hopefully become involved in a future charity for teens all over, I’ll keep you updated on that exciting journey. I am also going to submit a story about my blog and lifestyle that could be published to a well respected teen health and wellness magazine!! So cross your fingers everyone!! I would love if my blog and story could go national and help others with CP :)

Thanks to www.ucp.orgfor posting on facebook/twitter/myspace about my blog! Plan to see me on www.cnsfoundation.org shortly for some more blogging- I’m hoping many to get many other CP teens who are interested to blog on there as well once I get the hang of it :)

Are any of you out there interested in blogging with me on cns? Let me know! This is a group effort :) Take a quick peek on the aforementioned websites, they are so supportive of those with Cerebral Palsy.

Also…has anyone gotten a tendon surgery in their foot to improve flexibility and mobility? I am interested and would like to know if it is a worthwhile thing to do. Thanks!

Oh and Greg, Thanks for all the help, TCP dominatess :)

Stay strong, happy & healthy guys!
