Hooray for goodness in the world!

Hi all,

Wow, time flys by so fast these days!

Yesterday my parents held a bootcamp at our gym, it was such a great workout, and super fun too! We had some amazing people join us, and hopefully next week we will have more! I actually would like to make a quick shout out to this charity we will be supporting at our gym on April 10th. It is called the Wounded Warrior Project, and all proceeds benefit all soldiers involved in the current war who have experienced any trauma or injuries. My parents, and myself included all feel strongly about this cause because so many of American families are affected by the ongoing war in the Middle East. Anyway, on April 10th, we are hosting a pushup “contest” type fundraiser for this charity, where you see how many pushups you are able to do in 90 seconds! Until the date, we will get as many people as we can to go around asking anyone for sponserships, and donations of any amount! It will be so fun, I am excited to see how many people will be involved. :) Check it out! My dad made this fun video, he is so proud of it so I thought I’d show you guys. :)

I’d also like to point out that March is Cerebral Palsy Awareness month! Hooray for support. :) You are all such amazing people, and deserve to be recognized for all the inspring things you do in your daily lives, even if you don’t think you are worthy. ;)   Thank you doctors, researchers, advocates, families and friends for all being our biggest supporters out there. Keep doing what you are doing, and we will continue to thank you, lets all stay aware of what this month stands for!

Have a fantastic week!

-Katy
